Pour moi, c'était Noël avant l'heure ! . Ma fille m'avait confié son mari dont c'était l'anniversaire ce jour là, et, offert aussi mon cadeau de Noël avant la date officielle : Initiation à la dégustation dans un domaine viticole du Var, prestation proposée par "Cannes You Taste" ! Ce fut une journée en tous points très réussie, avec la découverte de rosé, blancs et rouges, la visite du domaine en compagnie de la vigneronne, et pour terminer, un solide buffet campagnard ! Frédéric Duverger a su remarquablement exciter nos neurones et "émoustiller nos papilles" avec toute sa maitrise de l'œnologie, aussi bien théorique que pratique. Le VIN, il en connait un rayon , à croire qu'il est tombé dedans quand il était petit ! Et, dans cette prestation, pas de risque de se retrouver au volant avec la crainte d'un contrôle d'alcoolémie puisqu'il assure aussi le transport . Que du bonheur !

We spent a pleasant evening tasting a selection of French white and red wines with Cannes You Taste. Frédéric was successful in sharing his knowledge and passion of wine in a manner that was engaging, relaxed, informative and fun. Everyone in the audience, whatever their level of wine expertise, learned something new and left with a greater appreciation for the art and science of fine wines. A great evening out, equally recommended for solos, couples or groups

Frederic did a wonderful job of organizing a visit to a winery in les baux de provence for a group of visiting Americans. The visit was very informative, followed by a tasting and an amazing picnic lunch that they prepared, with products from the region and several additiona wines to taste. The day was very much tailored to the group's needs and I would highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to learn more about the wines of Provence (or beyond!).
